A reconstruction of the The Great Bedroom in the Chateau D'Amboise, as it would have looked when in use by Francois 1er. Despite its name (and the presence of a bed), this was not where the king slept during the night, but rather served as a place for him to receive guests or rest after returning from a hunt.
We worked with historians and renaissance experts to create a historically accurate scene, incorporating the architectural elements of the castle, as well as furniture that is there currently.
Magpie is from a photoscan on Sketchfab, and arquebuse by Michele Boyer. All other elements created by me.
